"I ordered my order to be faster. It was a printed ticket and they still get it wrong. Learn to read some of us have allergies to foods and we have things made without things like cheese for a reason. The drinks are not being made right. Signature drinks come with requirements I'm paying extra for the fancy drink I expect my drinks made right"
"Honestly its great place. The only reason it dont get 5 stars is because of the slow pace they have. If they could pick up a sence of ergency and not have cars waiting for 20mins in line it would make 5 stars. That's even on the good days when they are staffed."
"If your are short on time and need a donut it will do ..bought a dozen donuts before heading to work got a few of the more popular varieties..got 3 Boston cremes none of which had hardly any creme in them could have gotten just a chocolate coated donut and for the lack of filling in them....way more donut the filling"
"Don’t even bother making a mobile order to this location. On multiple occasions I have made mobile orders and gotten there and things weren’t available or they did not start the order until we arrived even thought I submitted the order way in advance and they weren’t busy. Last time I made an order, got there and of course munchkins were not available. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that I would have. To contact customer service. I left the store with no refund and no munchkins. They didn’t even provide me with details to give customer support when I called. I first contacted customer support through email which was getting nowhere. Then I called. The person on the phone said the store owner said they contacted you and resolved the issue. THEY DID NOT. All they said we sorry for the inconvenience and provided me with no refund. This place is poorly managed and run."
"There is no reason for an 11 minute wait at the drive through when there is only one car ahead of you! I waited at the window for 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. This is the worst Dunkin around the area. God bless the 5 cars behind me in line."
