"I had a lovely interaction with a staff member whose name I sadly did not learn, but she was amazing and made me a new coffee when the self serve coffee dispensers were empty and there were about to close."

"I am a frequent customer and enjoyed the Johnson City store until recently! When Sonjah Howard is working I get extremely fabulous customer service! Kudos Sonjah!! But when she isn’t there the employees that I encounter are clueless! Waiting for my order constantly and dealing with employees who don’t know or don’t care is extremely obnoxious! Come on Panera do better!!!!"

"Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich online with the rest of my family's order.The spicy chicken was removed from menu but not online ordering. No attempt to make any correction to the order before the rest of order was completed. Manager said she has no control of what is ordered until it comes to her in the window.. so no one in the kitchen told her they had it on an order. They didn't seem to understand why I was upset because I was waiting in the store for the order but nothing was said until everything else was in the window ready to go and I would have to wait for an alternative to be made or take a refund. Refunded me in cash, didn't ask if I wanted back on card or in cash. Just trying to get me out of store."

"I've been to this location twice and had a bad experience both times. Very slow service. I waited 25 min in the drive through and they forgot the meat on my sandwich. I went inside and couldn't believe my eyes this is a brand new store and it is a hot mess. Food all over the floor. Angry customers waiting for their food ahead of me. Need new management desperately. The vestal location is much better."
