"Really appreciate the manager Shaquan. He goes above to make sure customers are happy. If you hang in there and understand they are busy and loaded with to go orders you will be just fine. Food is amazing. I could eat this stuff every day and pretty much do."
"This location apparently doesn't want customers coming in the building at all. Team member yelling, "online orders only, no in store orders," so you couldn't order in person, and were required to use the drive thru to pick up. Couldn't pick up at the counter? Even with the online order, crispy tacos were made in soft shell instead. Team member that made us the order was the same that handed it to us, . During order prep, we heard her comment to a nearby team member, "oh, these were supposed to be the crispy tacos!" When picking up, we couldn't pick up inside (this was never stated until we tried to) we got in the car, drove around the building. After accepting the bag, we checked the order and the crispy tacos were still in soft shells. We then told her "these were supposed to be hard shell," her comment was a cold, dismissive, "yeah, we're out. " If that's the case, why was this able to be ordered? If you made the order wouldn't you even be able to say something before the customer asks? Order pickup was less than 2 minutes after food preparation was finished, but everything was cold still. Burrito warm items were cold, kids quesadilla was hard & cold, crispy tacos were soft and soggy, soda was flat and mostly tasteless. Non-existent customer service, very poor quality all around."
"Ordered 3 items. All wrong and missing ingredients. One order had piece of packaging plastic in it. Could have gone to a restaurant for the price, took a chance and ended up with only rice and chicken in my bowl Thanks chipotle…….."
"3rd time here. Same experience every time. Dirty. Drink station and tables are always dirty. Always out of something. Scraping the guac bin to get enough for my bowl. No peppers and onions. No hot sauce. Special drinks are always so low that you can get any out. Carne asada was burnt. Staff isn't friendly. Only 3 people in there when I walked in and everyone is standing around. Plenty of time to be filling empty containers and wiping tables and the drink station. Would recommend going to Vestal location instead!"
