"It was super busy when we stopped during post-holiday travel, but the sweet barista was so kind! I didn’t catch her name-but she told me she had a huge order of several hot white mochas and that our order was up next! It’s rare to find a friendly smiling SB barista these days—-loved my experience despite the crowd inside! The drive-thru line had at least 15 cars wrapped outside too."

"They didn't have what I ordered on the mobile app (no biggie) I asked for a refund they said they would put it through. I never got the refund and when I called they told me that I had to come in and get refunded on their register. They should have told me this the first time but failed to do so not to mention the woman on the drive thru was giving lots of attitude. I understand being stressed at work but there's no need to be rude and unhelpful."

"I ordered three holiday drinks today. All three drinks were, rushed, not stirred and did not taste as good as usual. For drinks that cost over $5 each I have high expectation and being stirred is the bare minimum. What was worse, was when I went in requesting for the drink to be remade the barista was a little unprofessional and appeared to not know the difference between a Frappuccino and an expresso. The Frappuccino was also missing ice. I’m a frequent customer of Starbucks anywhere I go so I was a bit disappointed. I’ll definitely find another Starbucks in the area to go to."

"This is my 27th time ordering from this Starbucks since my summer job. Today I received a Cold brew cold coffee when I ordered a chocolate cookie crumble cream Frappuccino. This is blasphemy.I only got my dash pass for nothing at this point."

"I don’t understand all the negativity against this SB. The store is great to sit down, pop in some earphones, and work for quite a while on homework and whatnot. The staff rarely if ever mess up an order, even with typically being a very busy location—and they are always pleasant to work with. Never had an issue with food quality either."
