"I come to PA once a month. This location is by my hotel. This is the 1st time I actually had time to order here. I placed a mobile order. I ordered a Maple bacon WRAP with no egg and American cheese. This is the second time at a location in PA that I got a croissant with a piece of cheese and the wrong amount of maple bacon. The snackin' bacon I got was not crispy, it was soggy. My drink was ok. My hash browns were soft and soggy too."

"Everything looks good at this place overall as far as I could tell. I was however disappointed that the two Boston Cream donuts that were available looked like icing had been scraped off of them. This was a little after 10 AM on July 4, 2023. I personally felt that given the time of day things looked bare to a degree in certain donut spots. I think Dunkin should consider that if they see a product getting to a halfway point that they should be working on making a new tray of donuts. It is my personal opinion that the donuts should have been at least 80% full on each selection and not simply left to run out of their availability, especially regarding the time of day. They obviously had other donuts to choose from, but the fact that they didn't have a decent looking Boston Cream donut, not even one, was a disappointment. Normally I have only seen things like this happen towards their closing times the other times I have visited. I will give them kudos though on the girl who waited on me. She had a great demeanor and was respectful."
