Lowe's Home Improvement 4200 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, PA 15146

"We ordered a new dishwasher on Monday, January 8th and requested to pickup today, January 12th. Upon arrival, the store associate went back to pickup the dishwasher. When it was brought to the front, the box was opened with writing on it saying "Nothing wrong, just didn't fit". So this was a return to the store and they wanted us to take it as our "new" dishwasher. The girl was even a little confused as she said that the back told her this was for us. She went and got the assistant store manager, Chris to assist. He was shocked that we wanted a NEW dishwasher, well that is what we paid for and expected. We had people ready to install it today and this was a huge inconvenience for us. We still had to pay the people for their time as they were scheduled to install today, now we have to wait until next week. The assistant store manager only offered us $50 off if we took this opened returned box. The dishwasher had scratches on it as well so how can we trust it really works or doesn't have missing parts? Now we have to wait until Tuesday or Thursday for our new one to come in. This is not good customer service as when you pay for a brand new item, you want a brand new item."

"Purchased a range and dishwasher from Lowe’s. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. First the staff at the store was unhelpful and uninterested in helping us. Had to call at least 20 times to get the items delivered. We paid for their contractor to install the dishwasher. Their plumber came two hours late and didn’t install it correctly so it doesn’t work. The previous one was working but being replaced for a kitchen reno. The plumbing company was supposed to come today between 12pm-4pm to fix it so I took off of work. They never showed up. Multiple calls to Lowe’s and the plumbing company has left us with zero answers. Lowe’s takes no responsibility. Recommend buying elsewhere."
