"These guys seem to be on top of things. We dropped the vacuum off this morning, already had a call with a quick diagnosis early afternoon. Had a hard time finding anyone else that could repair a Bissell steam cleaner. I would recommend these guys if you are looking to repair one yourself."

"For someone who works customer service I have to say this place does a good job. Completely upfront about the possibility of not being able to fix my vacuum (my dog chewed up my cord and the told me that if the cord is attached to a circuit board that I may be SOL. My words not theirs) they called me the following Monday morning (dropped of at end of day Saturday) and told me that it was in fact fixable and they can replace the wheel my dog chewed as well. Very reasonable price to fix compared to having to buy a new Shark vacuum. Even understood my hectic work schedule and let me leave it there until Friday before pick up. Didn’t pick up till Saturday and were still very kind about everything! With pleasure I will rely on this company again when needed! Thank you so much for everything!
