Reviews of GetGo Café + Market & WetGo Car Wash
"The best get go for customer service. Their location is usually busy most of they day and their employees handle the work load effortlessly. I'm not sure what they are making but the need a raise or atleast some notable recognition."
"I ordered an mobile order because I was hungry. Their turkey subs are good and filling ( sorry I ate it before I thought about snapping a picture). I also ordered a vanilla milkshake but the blender was down, they refunded me the money for the milkshake no problem. Lastly my daughter got some chicken tenders and fries which were good considering there is no more left. The line was long when I got in so I was glad that I ordered ahead. My husband and son would be ordering soon since they snuck some taste from my daughter's food."
"All the reviews say the same thing and it's all very true. Seems to be a pittsburgh thing. Closing when they feel like it. Ignoring customers 15 to 20 minutes before closing. Employees mouthing "we're closed" and refusing to say any more or acknowledge customers. Employees are awful and management is just as bad because they are the ones who tell them to close the store. You'd think with all these reviews they'd stop doing it, but nope. They couldn't care less. They do this.....ALL......THE.....TIME. Being former military myself these things are very simple. Your shift is 3 to 11 then those doors do not close until 11. Period. This pittsburgh civilian, I'll do whatever, open whenever, close whenever, treat customers like anything, be on my cellphone my whole shift stuff is insane. Posted hours DO MATTER. This is not a hard concept. I don't remember seeing this type of stuff anywhere else in the country that I've lived. The complete disregard is remarkable."
"Very understaffed and the staff that’s there is very rude. They closed the store at 10:45pm (says they’re supposed to close at 12am) and would not let me in. They said they counted their drawers already. I informed the young lady I was using my card and this was the only place open within a decent distance from my home. They then sent the security guard to the door and completely disregarded me. I shop here pretty frequently but this behavior is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate because this was not the first time this has happened to me."
"I placed an order for two fried appetizers. There were two other people waiting for small, simple orders. After 20 minutes (with my order still displayed on the screen and two cooks working on the orders), they asked me what I ordered, with it visibly taking up 1/3 of their order screen. After 10 more minutes, they told me they were out of one of the appetizers. They didn't offer a refund. They also are not enforcing masks during COVID. ALSO, three people came in during this whole process and said the gas pumps weren't dispensing gas after the pumps allowed people to put in their payment cards. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never go to this GetGo again, and recommend that you do not make the mistake I did."
