"If there's not a Discount Tire store in the area, Sams Club has long been our second choice. We've always had a great experience with Sams tire department at stores around the country and they've always had the tires we want, in stock. My experience today was good; the woman who made my appointment was a bit of a grump. No, she was a big grump, and not knowledgeable about tires at all, but I needed tires and used the online tool to find them. Her phone courtesy was lacking but she was able to see the tires I wanted were in stock and make the appointment. So off to Sams we went. The rest of the appointment was great. The manager was fantastic. The other staff was friendly. (While we waited an elderly couple came in, the husband was visibly concerned about something. I didn't hear, but the manager was very kind. He instructed them to pull their car up. Then he went out and put air in their tires. It was very nice to see. ) When my car was done, all the lug nuts were tight!! The woman was there. She was still a grump. But the the manager was there and offered to re-tighten the lug nuts after 50 miles, if I wanted to stop by. We were in and out in about an hour. 5 stars Sams Club Tire Department."
