"Coffee was way too strong, asked for it diluted, wasn't, asked for a lot of creamer didn't get it, lid was cracked & I wore my hot coffee & had to rush to find a change of clothes before I had to be at work. Had loaner vehicle from Ford garage had to buy wipes to clean out cupholder & dash where it splashed . Don't think I'll ever go here again."
