"I was honestly a bit hesitant, because when I went to find the closest Dunkin to me and saw that this location had 1.5⭐️, I figured it wouldn’t be a great experience. Boy was I wrong! I ordered ahead as usual (8:15 AM on a Sunday) and it was actually ready when I arrived, no wait (minus waiting behind one car in the drive thru). My coffee was absolutely perfect, well stirred (and using my rewards made it free—even my extra additions!—which probably made it taste that much better lol)! I got the brownie batter donut, which I look forward to getting every year, the filling was throughout pretty much the entire donut. Sometimes when I get filled donuts, there are parts that don’t get filling to it, so this was great. Brownie batter in every bite. 5 star experience for sure!"

"Not great at all. The hash browns were old, cold, and over cooked. I bought a small Refresher and was given a cup FULL of ice - to the rim. I kid you not, after 5 sips the liquid was almost entirely gone. When I got home, I measured out how much water fit into the cup of ice they had given me (just out of curiosity) and 3/4 cup of liquid fit into the glass which they had filled with ice. I paid for a drink, not a sip of liquid and a cup of ice. Hate it when companies do this cheap stuff."

"Definitely NEVER coming here again. Spent 27$, almost 28$ on a small refresher, a small pumpkin frozen coffee, a large pumpkin coffee, and a dozen donuts. We ordered on the app and apparently “they were out of donuts”. It didn’t say that on the app so when we went through the drive through, that’s when they said it. That’s almost 13$ worth of donuts that we couldn’t get. Not only that, but supposedly “they can’t give refunds to mobile orders.” The last couple times I’ve been here they NEVER had donuts. We have no proof about not getting the donuts because they said we wouldn’t need any, so I hope we get our refund (Btw we get the refund online. Atleast that’s what they said.”"
