"Food is mediocre. It really depends on the the way the winds. We ordered everything bagels with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese. This was the 4th time this had happened. Won't be ordering from here again."

"I went into the store to place my order and they were rude when I asked a question. It said I had to use the kiosk to order. I had a gift card and it wasn’t allowing me to do that. So I went back up to the counter to ask. Both the gentleman and girl working were very rude and the dude literally got smart with me, rolled his eyes and walked away. What kind of customer service is this???? You can’t kindly show me how to figure it out or be nice about it. I will NEVER return to this Dunkin due to my experience. I felt very disrespected. Do not go here. I don’t leave bad reviews but this one deserved one. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!"

"Very poorly run franchise, with very slow and unresponsive customer service. The dining area is not properly cleaned (look under any table or stand), and they often don't know how to maintain stock or make certain items. Easily overwhelmed, I've been inside multiple times where someone yells to stop taking orders."

"I picked up food for my brother and I here. I did not catch the ladies name, but I was here at 3pm on 8/15. The lady was very polite and I appreciated her good attitude. The food itself was good too."

"Literally every time I come here I am completely ignored. Go inside, no one acknowledges your existence. I went through the drive through today and said good morning at the window with zero response. They handed me my drink. Never said a word. I said thank you and they closed the window. Never made eye contact. Nothing. It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t like this every single time. And the internet never works."
