"It was raining yesterday about 530 pm Eastern time. A young woman came out with my wife, and as I sat in the jeep . I lipped the conversation to my son Franko, and it went like this. (REALLY THESE MEN TODAY JUST SO , LAZY THEY RATHER WHERE DRESSES AND DO DISHES . GIRL, I PRAY FOR YOU. ) [WIFE ] GIRL THANK YOU AMERICA ] . Take and she gets in I look at her and my wife asked what I was telling our son and it was wow she did a really good job and she did by the way.thabks"

"I truly wish I could give a zero. I had placed an order online to do a pick up in store, and didn't end up picking up the item. On the order, it states if you don't pick up in 7days, the order will be cancelled. 12 days out, I get an email stating that my order was picked up and after checking my account, I was charged for it. I called the location to see what happened (since any time I pick up at my local store, they ID you to ensure it's you) and the guy on the phone spoke to me like I was a child. When I stated, "I'm not sure why you're speaking to me this way, I just had a question." I am not the type to speak up for myself unless I feel incredibly disrespected, and his tone alone made me feel that way. He was condescending the rest of the call where he instructed me to call the online number since the store doesn't deal with online orders.... even though they are the one who gave out my order, not to me, for me to get charged for it. Worst customer service I've had in a LONG time."

"Stopped for new windshield wiper blades for both the front and back of my car and the store manager, Louis was so incredibly helpful! He took the time to look up what I’d need, grabbed them and installed them for me in the freezing cold. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!"
