"BUYER BE AWARE - I'm satisfied with the dishwasher and installation, but what I wasn't happy with was that Bridgeville Appliance does NOT have a price guarantee policy. Less than a week after I bought the dishwasher, and before it even got installed, they dropped the price I paid by $60. I emailed them and asked them if they would refund me the $60 since it was so soon after purchase. They said no, they would lose money, and no company would lower prices to match the prices from the prior month (actually, only one week). Except that Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy, among others, DO offer price guarantees. So, if you want to buy from Bridgeville Appliance, make sure you ask if the appliance will be offered at a lower price in the future. Or buy from a retailer that will offer a price guarantee."

"Purchased a dish washer, over the stove microwave, and garbage disposal from here. The company who was remodeling our kitchen got us a discount on the appliances if we purchased them from Bridgeville Appliance. After the remodelers installed the appliances, I found the stoppers for the upper and lower dishwasher racks were missing. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance, explained the stoppers were missing and was told I had to contact the manufacturer. I called GE and they were very friendly and helpful. They sent out the stoppers and I installed them myself. I was irritated that Bridgeville Appliance did not offer any type of help. I didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience. It was more like "We got your money so screw you!" Well, they won't be getting any more money from me."

"I work here and it's a great family owned shop with great sales people who are knowledgeable and wide variety of appliances that can have sales. The installation crew are always kind and know what they are doing when it comes to the actual installation and setting things up for it to properly work and tests it before leaving."

"9/6/22: They finally did call me last week, and sent someone down to fix my oven. It was a quick fix, and I really appreciate it too! I was happy to pay the charges. Don't buy from here if you live any distance away from them!! They won't come and service their appliances! They were happy to sell to me and deliver a WHOLE kitchen full of appliances back in 2003, but now won't come out and fix one of them for me!! Real nice."
