"The past 2 times I have been at this location it has taken over 30 minutes to get my food. That is 100% not an exaggeration. It’s unreal! The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the food is usually hot."

"Can someone explain to me why I had to sit and wait 15 minutes for a cold coffee and cold food? And the staff at this location are always rude and have an attitude. I don't expect any high praises but at least treat your customers like they're human. Also my large coffee was not even filled up more than halfway."

"To start manager sucks the young white girl has no sense of awareness i stood at the counter for too long as she has her back turn grabbing order's for the drive thru. Thats not the problem the problem is she left that spot and went to the back when she return we made eye contact and still no, one moment be right with you very rude can tell she thinks she something shes not but whatever the young lady who help me was very polite as soon as she seen me she came straight to the front counter and served me. I told her the problem and she fix it right away i think she should get a manager role and get rid of the other one also there are way too many kids working the back my order was completely wrong how do you read double cheeseburger and make a hamburger no cheese just like warren folk are slow around here Shut it down or clean house dont waste your time at this location better off making it at home you know what your going to get. 5 star for the young lady who help me but 1 for the rest. "Probably the strangest McDonald's I've ever been too. The first thing you notice is how big the location is. Apparently there was a dining room on the upper floor. I'm curious to see what that was like. But unfortunately it seemed to be closed. There's a large Mcfountain outside, as well as a dedication to the late Ray Kroc. Unfortunately I'm left with more questions than answers."
