"I like the store, but today I had a rude experience with a worker. Which does reflect badly on any establishment. We had more shopping to do, but decided to leave after my altercation.. Only buying a couple items we had in our buggy. I think his name was Matt? He was a short, skinny, bald white man. I had asked him as he was walking past me if Ollies carried drink coasters. He didn't acknowledge me and as he walked past me, barked out "No." I replied "Wow!!!...thanks for being so helpful." He said "Well I answered you didn't I?" I said "Yes, and Rudely!" His reply was "Whatever." I hope this employee is told this is really bad for business!! Don't act like the customer is bothering you. Without customers there's no need for employees. I'm not sure I'll ever go back there. There's plenty of other stores with better employees that can fill my needs."
