"I've never had a good experience at this big lots. They lost one of my orders one time. The manager was nice enough when I called and found it but then I had to go all the way back. The customer service is generally shoddy and when I went shopping today a box had Big lots logo and $14 on it but they printed a $16 tag to up the price and didn't even bother covering the $14. Other thing rang up wrong too. I know it's hectic because it's the day after Christmas so I just didn't buy those things but it's just a mess every time I shop there"
