"I have went to this dunkin on my way to work for months now. Won’t be going there again. The last few times I’ve gone I’ve been over charged for coffee. Literally 6.00 for a large ice coffee, cuz of one extra pump then the 3 pumpkin swirl they put in a large. No other dunkin does this.. money hungry much…"

"Has really gone down hill. Service is slow and always gets the order wrong. Employees leaning on the counter holding their head up while running the register. Papers all over the outside. Ordered a large iced coffee with Carmel only. Had to repeat the order twice. Gave me a mocha coffee, again repeated what I wanted got a coffee with double cream. So disappointed in the quality of employees here. It's definitely the new hires. The older staff are great."
