Can you guys just fire or put her in the back, already? she obviously doesnt want to be there, nor do we want her there either. the ENTIRE community would thank you."

"Not sure why but every time you go through the drive thru they ask you to pull up. I get if it’s very busy, not enough staff or lots of training happening but that doesn’t seem to be the case. We now always have to pull up and someone walks out our order. Which again would be fine if it was ever the right order. They hand you the order and run away so you have to chase down the employee and swap with other customers because they have your order. With prices of everything now a days I think it’s time to just make coffee at home."

"Absolutely terrible service at the checkout counter i’ve never experienced the customer service at any dunkin as i did this morning the lady taking my orders name was arianna and she has one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen she was very impatient and she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were placing our order then she was talking about us to her other coworkers if you have a problem taking peoples orders you shouldn’t be working in customer service that simple she did not need to act the way she did and it wasn’t just towards us either she was rude to the gentleman infront of us as well i doubt this is the first time she’s acted this way in her place of work and it probably won’t be the last that is not the type of person you want working at your store interacting with your customers"

"I love this place and work here, but a bit recently, they announced that they are changing cash tips to credit only, which means each time we get tips they are split throughout the day and added to our paycheck, but with this increases the amount of taxes we pay, even though I work more hours, I have to pay more taxes!? That's 100% Communism! Isn't this country supposed to be a Democracy!?"

"Went through about 7am on 10/8. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts and 1 bagel with butter. Staff was friendly, service was quick. However when I opened my bagel there was literally a glob of butter all over the bagel, the wrapper, everywhere! Couldn't eat the product!!"
