"Waited 8 minutes at window for our food, figured at least maybe the fries would be fresh but they were stale and inedible. Other food was cold also. Unacceptable for the amount of people apparently working there at the time."
"I ordered my food and pulled up to the first window to pay and no one was at the window I waited a long time and had cars behind me. I finally decided to go to the second window to pay and the lady was so mean to me and screamed you should of waited..I told her I waited a very long time and she didn't care. Not coming back again."
"I placed a drive through order and after receiving the order I had to come back around because they had gotten my order wrong, I ordered two fries and and cheeseburger with BigMac sauce. But the burger came without the sauce and I was missing fries. When I came around I talked to the cashier and she was bothered by my request on the change. When I moved to the second window and told them about my food they were confused and it took several times to check the receipt and at the end they still managed to leave out my other fry. To Make matters worse I found a Blonde hair in my fries, and my ranch had a slit. I am displeased I don’t recommend coming here because this is not the first time having an issue with them."
"Went here for lunch today, ordered a #2c no cheese, which is a quarter pounder deluxe. Like i said, no cheese, even said it on the menu board, so i know the girl typed it in correctly. When i received my order, we drove home, and sure enough, there was cheese on my sandwich, and it was cold .. so it went right in the trash!! Good thing the fries were hot and good!! This is truly a pandemic at almost all restaurants now!"
"This store constantly forgets items on your order, the burgers were burnt, and the fries were cold. I ate at this particular store years ago and nothing has changed. If they're getting paid more than Ohio minimum wage providing this service, I feel sorry for the franchisee who owns this particular store."
