"On my first visit, the business was closed although the door store hours indicated they should be open. (There was no note or explaination on the door) I stopped by a second time to purchase filter replacements for my Sebo. The lady who waited on me demonstrated how to replace each one and was very helpfull. However, the box sold to me did not include the correct filter size for my vacuum even though I brought the lid cover of the empty box listing the model and size. I did need to make a third trip to the store for the correct filter size exchange. Overall, very helpfull and courteous service."
