"The level of care was excellent but I have two pretty big complaints. 1. They preferred email contact and seemed to completely ignore voicemails. 2. We should have gotten insurance pre-approval but were given the impression by staff that Aetna would be approved. We did get approval but none of TWFK's intensives were covered because Aetna wouldnt approve more than one hour per day and that hour was at a reduced rate. As a result we're paying all 7000 dollars of the therapy out of pocket. Beware."

"My son loves TWFK LLC and his whole demeanor changes when we arrive. It is a safe space and the OT/sensory therapy has really had a positive impact on him. He is 7. The space is wonderful, the therapists are awesome, and they have ball pits and therapy dogs!"

She really takes the time to know him and understand his OT and behavioral needs. All of the staff we have interacted with at TWFK, Therapists, interns, and scheduling staff are always kind and attentive. I highly recommend this agency!!"

"My three sons have been going to Therapy Works for Kids for over 2 years. They make occupational therapy enjoyable for all of my boys (elementary, middle and high school ages). It is one therapy that isn't a struggle to get them to participate in regularly. My youngest hardly wrote when he started with TWFK. Now, he does all of his written homework by himself. Highly recommend!"
