"Dr. Nilesh Patil was very professional, friendly and concerned about my well being. Before going into emergency surgery, he took the time to explain what would need to be done. He was on time for my follow up appointment and very thorough about explaining what I was looking at on the x-ray. He also went over how long my recovery would take and what I would need to do. When I called his office from home, his staff was very prompt in responding to my concern as well as being helpful and friendly. I had no trouble in regards to billing and insurance. Because of Dr. Patil's fine stitching, the scares on my ankle are hardly noticeable."
