"This place is the worst. Only go here as an absolute last resort. They screw up appointments and have only one pediatric psychiatrist covering every location virtually. He shows up 50 minutes late for appointments completely unprepared with a personal agenda and disregards meaningful information. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. Dr. Pamela Ralph is no longer here. Every good psychiatrist they had quit."
"I have been in and out of therapy for over 30 years and I can say without pause that the people at Spectrum are the most caring, understanding, professional, knowledgeable and giving group of people I have ever met. From the office staff to the therapists and Dr Ralph, you will not find better care anywhere else. I cannot say enough about Dr Ralph and Spectrum. They have saved my life more than once and shown me more kindness and compassion than I thought even existed. Everything changed when GPHA took over. Gpha sucks"
"GPHA has several times randomly reassigned me to different doctors without consulting me, and canceled appointments without telling me. At my last telehealth appointment I was put on hold for half an hour before finally being connected to a different doctor than the one the appointment was supposed to be scheduled with. Of the two doctors there who I have interacted with, one called in the wrong prescription to the drug store, and the other was rude to me."
"I made an appointment for my son and there was a 3 month wait, which I expected. The week before the appointment I called to confirm and was told that everything was in order and I would receive the morning of the appointment a consent form and a zoom link (it was a telehealth appointment). The day before I received a text message to confirm the appointment, which I did. A few hours before the appointment, I still had not received anything so I called. They told me that they did not have my insurance on file. They said that they had tried to call me in the evening (and said they do not leave messages because they like to speak to someone directly - I explained that if I had received a message, I would have called back and they could have) - I have no missed calls listed from their public phone number. She said because of this (after waiting 3 months for this appt and without them notifying me at all, they had canceled my appointment. I will not be rescheduling with Spectrum."
