"I felt the Dr was rushing to get me out. Did not listen to my concerns. I'm on day 5 of Flu A and immunocompromised, and she just said everything looks fine and wrote discharge paperwork. She looked in my ears for 2 secs and listened to my lungs for 5 secs. I had my two young children with me and she didn't even say hello to them."

"the entire staff is incredibly lovely and helpful. i enjoyed my brief chat with the receptionist as i was checked in very much and Dr. Shaulis is absolutely incredible. her cheery demeanor really helped me feel more relaxed and even though my lab results came back clear she believed the symptoms i was describing and gave a thorough exam and sent the sample in for further testing and prescribed the medicine i needed. it’s clear that she listens to her patients very intently and never dismisses any concerns. exactly how all doctors should be."

"It’s never going to be any fun to have to go and get a cut stitched up. That said, I couldn’t be happier with the treatment that I received at Patient First on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. After registering, I was called very quickly to have my vitals checked; I assured the technician that I was still very much alive and that I hadn’t bled out yet. The registration person had given me a cup of ice water, and I absentmindedly had a piece of ice in my mouth when the thermometer went in. The tech was baffled because my body temperature suggested that I might not have been as alive as I thought! She saw the cup and figured out what the problem was. We both had a good laugh. From there I was taken immediately back to a room. She returned to clean my wounded hand and said the doctor would be along. The place was very busy, and I did have to wait a bit to for the doctor, but because I was resting comfortably, lying down with my injured hand resting on gauze on a bedside table, I was absolutely fine and even fell asleep. At some point the doctor came and stitched me up, and I was given a tetanus shot. I was in and out in about two hours. I am most grateful to the staff and the facility in general. Before the advent of Urgent Care, an injury like mine would have required a trip to the Emergency Room at a local hospital. The wait time there would have been a lot longer, and the bill exorbitant as well. I highly recommend Patient First to anyone in need of prompt, friendly and efficient medical treatment."

"This could not have gone better. I sprained both ankles and worried that I might have fractures. I want to give a special shout out to the receptionist who checked me in. She was funny, reassuring, warm, and smart. The x-ray technician was great, the physicians assistant was great, and the other person who provided my ankle brace was great too. Everyone was competent, warm and reassuring. I was able to create account, log into the portal, and view my x-rays right away. Overall, I was highly impressed."
