"worst possible care ever. never pick up the phone. DHS type care. Doctor SAKKAR “ accidentally “ took me off my meds And went on vacation. ASHLEY is rude as hell. they never send meds over and Are rude to walgreens on south 1800 ( allegedly by the pharmacist, which caused a breakdown of a patient and had SAKKAR yelling at the poor pharmacist ) roll in your grave with these peoples suffering in your head, if you don’t care about people then don’t make this your career."

"I had a good therapist but she suddenly stopped working there, the psychiatrist is impossible to get ahold of and says they will call with no specific time so you have to wait by the phone and if you don’t answer in less than 3 seconds he hangs up which is very frustrating if you are already suicidal and are going there for help and if you do manage to speak with him he won’t let you finish your sentences and will cut you off makes death seem like less of a hassle than getting help, the receptionist are nice but won’t like if you sound upset"

"went in April for an intake appointment, never got a call for therapy- called them a month later asking when i would be scheduled and was told i would be called in the next day or two by a supervisor. got a letter today (july) saying my treatment was terminated because i missed appointments and hadn't had therapy in 30 days. when i called asking how i could miss appointments when they were never scheduled, i was told that someone called two weeks ago and left a voicemail for me. there's no call record for them at all since mid april. they have consistently been super unprofessional. i was paying out of pocket since they didn't cover my insurance which was frustrating but i felt it was worth it"
