I would him 0 stars if that was an option. Do yourself a favor and go to any other doctor than this guy. Seems like he got too rich to treat people without care and respect they deserve.. unbelievable he’s in this profession."

"Do not use this doctor if you have any respect for yourself. I will describe just two instances of this doctors complete lack of consideration and respect towards his patients. I myself am not a patient, my Dad is, and to be honest he likes the man and I have heard that Dr. Roy is a good doctor, but he really needs to work on his people skills and let go of the god complex that he has. Instance 1: About 2 years ago I was asked to stop into his office to pick up a prescription for my dad who was out of town. I needed to get this filled the same day and at home and ready for him when he returned the next day. The prescription was supposed to have already been written out and ready for me to pick up, it takes no more than a few seconds to write a prescription. No kidding I waited 2 full hours for the prescription, I could not leave without it since it was needed. I let the dr know how dissatisfied I was, but he didnt care one bit and pretty much blew me off. Instance 2: This just happened today. My Dad had an 11 Am appointment. The doctor didnt even show up at the office until nearly 1. No apology (from the doctor) was given and only the poor office girls, who I feel bad for for having to deal with pissed off patients because of their employers poor attitude, offered an explanation or apology. Apparently the doctor had an out of town guest at his house and this was the "reason" for his tardiness. When a patient with a later appointment was called back before my dad, my parent got fed up and finally left. I can not believe this doctor is in business. I am a business major in college so I know a thing or two about how to treat a customer and run a business. I also work in the medical field as a medical courier and also know that there are a multitude of doctor options out there. This mans complete lack of consideration towards his patients is inexcusable. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!"
