"Would not use their nurse practitioner, Candace Ibrahim My daughter goes to school in Miami Saw Candace to get meds while home in NJ on breaks My daughter contacted Candace about meds this month heard nothing back from for over ten days After my wife myself and my daughter contacted various people at the Village Counseling Center My daughter got a very uncaring email from Candace that her account was closed because no activity for three months and she can not take new patients or open a previous account My daughter was never told her account was closed Her account was not closed last year when she had a three month gab Saw Candace last July and then again in November We find the situation very unprofessional and strongly advise not to use their services My daughter is extremely nervous about not being able to take a medication that she uses at the moment Also it virtually impossible to call and talk to anyone whatsoever at the Village Counseling Center No one picks up the phone"

"I was intimidated not to leave this review but in good conscience I am obligated. Phone lines are not confidential and so called DBT team doesn't function as a team. My honesty and forthrightfulnesss was abused. Be ware of MO of their therapists in certain situations. Ethics and transparency were in conflict. Not a pleasant experience . One that I will always regret."
