"Showed up for a new patient appointment today. Walked into a dirty and dusty waiting room and was met with a sign "Please be seated and we will assist you as soon as possible." I stood by the window waiting and then figured someone would check me in so I sat down. Waited for half an hour in filth and then was asked if I could be helped. I tried to reschedule the appointment but the front desk concierge rolled her eyes, said we were warned there's always a wait (we were not, we were only told to show up 15 minutes early to do new patient paperwork) then slammed her scheduling binder down and glared at me, asking when to reschedule. I politely said I would need to call later and reschedule at this point, since my appointment was supposed to start a half hour ago, and she slammed the book shut and said bye. Totally unprofessional and rude behavior."

"I've been with this Dr for a long time, but recently I've become very frustrated. They have two different numbers but NEVER answer the phone. Their voicemail is usually either full or they just don't check their messages, and the answering service staff are rude and dismissive. I've run out of patience. Edit: it's still difficult sometimes to get ahold of anyone on the phone, but the staff are friendlier."

"Dr S has committed HIPPA violations, he's released paperwork to me from 3 patient's from this cranberry office. Now he refuses to see me, nor give me my file to move on to another doctor. Now I'm off all my breathing meds, inhalers and meds that cause seasures or death. Thanks to him. So be prepared to loose your file after being a 14 year patient. And your family being patients as well. And him stopping all meds. Even though u might say well maybe she was a JUNKIE, that's y he stopped them. Nope I been clean for 9 years and 5 months. He's just a undeserving Human being. That took an oath, That he refuses to up hold... But I'll will be reaching out to the 3 patient's information, , and hopefully you'll join me an a liability lawsuit and HIPPA violations suit against him. Since I have your phone information.... Recently seeing him for a pre-surgery medical clearance where he brought up concerns the ordering Surgeon wasn’t seeing, (but was in their Chart) leaving me ever-grateful for the diligence shown by Dr. Stepanow. He cares, listens, pays attention, keeping excellent notes, never rushing me out the door."
