"My sister surprised me with a massage today. Going there was an AMAZING experience! I walked in with a hurt knee and all I can say is when I left...I had no more pain and I was no longer limping...I feel like a new person! The COVID measures for safety are in place. It is such a friendly environment. Chris is soooooo knowledgeable and has hands made of gold! He taught us about muscles and stretching...it was so enlightening. I appreciate all the information he shared. Aches & Strains is a hidden gem....so glad I now have Chris in my life! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!❤"
