"The doctors are great and super nice, but the office staff are awful. The amount of times I have been told I will be contacted to set up my next appointments and have never been contacted is ridiculous. And this is in person before covid and virtual due to covid. These appointments must be scheduled weeks / months in advance and for them to forget and or never call back from voice-mails is very frustrating. Ive experienced this multiple times so its gotten out of hand."

"I would give them zero stars. Two different times this place scheduled and BILLED my insurance company even though I never made the appt much less was seen in the office. I haven’t been seen there in years and then an appt pops up that was billed to my insurance a couple months ago. We only went here because we had Medicaid. Insurance fraud. How does this happen???"

"The reception staff in are horrible to the clients in flourtown. The main receptionist that answers the phone is verbally abusive to clients on the phone. She has been reprimanded for her behaviour but in return she will make up fraudulent charges on your account to stop any clients from coming back. There always to booked. Dont go to philmont guidance Center in flourtown the staff will cause more abusive behavior towards the client's the receptionist staff...."

"I just read all of the negative reviews for this and, most jarringly, the other locations of Philmont guidance. I'm floored that others have so much difficulty with the staff. I'm very pleased with both my therapist Carol and the care I receive from Dr. Hartmann. I'm also very pleased with office staff. Just now, at 11:40am, I called to cancel my appointment at 1:00pm with Carol as my daughter's school just contacted me regarding an early dismissal at 12:15pm due to snow. The front desk picked up on the third ring. I told them the situation and asked to cancel. The receptionist retrieved Carol's schedule, confirmed the cancellation and reconfirmed my next appointment. The entire process was under two minutes. I may be charged for a late cancellation - I don't yet know, but that's not the point of this review. I cannot speak to the experience of others, nor am I suggesting that the other reviews are anything less than completely honest. I can only share my own experience: I have been a patient at Philmont guidance for many years, and I have never had difficulty with either care or communication."

"Very disrespectful of your time. Have to wait every appointment. Constantly mess up appointment times and need to reschedule appointments you've had for months. Very disorganized office. Currently trying to find someone else to go to because it is not worth it at all. Would not recommend to anyone."
