"I felt like it was adult day care. They had a large client load and the physcial therapists failed to pay proper attention to me as a client. I recieved a call appologising and offering free sessions. I was told it was because I came in at the wrong date and time. If that was the case, I'm unsure why they didn't say something prior to scheduling those time slots. To add insult to injury, I was then sent to collections for money I had already paid them. I paid everytime I came in. When they didn't have change I left the difference on my account. It appears their office staff failed to properly handle the accounting for the change I left on the account. Overall, would not recommend this facility to anyone."
