"Following rotator cuff surgery, I had physical therapy at St. Lukes West End Location on Cetronia Road. I was treated by Howie Knudson and Karen O'Donnell. They are a team and my treatment went extremely well. Both Karen and Howie specialize in rotator cuff therapy. Over the course of treatment, I achieved over 95% of my arm motion from an initial 35%. They are both very professional and focus on their patients, taking care to move them carefully through treatment. Moreover, this is a very welcoming environment and all the therapists seem to enjoy their work. They are genuinely very friendly among themselves and with the patients. I am very glad that I chose this location for my therapy and if I need therapy in the future, this will be my location of choice."
