"Thank you Gene, for everything."
"Like so many others, my wife and I were looking for guidance during the early days of the pandemic. We found Gene to be a masterful therapist and a friendly and supportive mentor, even on Zoom! He continues to provide us with tools and strategies to improve ourselves and navigate the challenging waters of marriage. He's great at what he does."
"I found Gene through web search when my husband and I had just gone through a major issue. I texted him and he was able to get us in to the office in less than a week. At first honestly I wasn't sure if going to see a man therapist was good idea like hes a man would he favor my husband? But, Gene seemed to be very easy going man which made you comfortable to be real with the couple that you are and the reasons that you are there. He is very fair and actually made me realize how to handle certain things in a much better way. I loved the aspect of the Gottman Method, learning more about how much my husband I had in common and where the "red" areas are. I was able to feel that he really understood exactly what we where going through and he brought us back to reality. My husband and I just go for a "tune up" if and when needed and its like going to visit an old friend. My marriage would have been in such a different place had we'd never seen Gene, and I would not know some important keys of my marital success. If anyone is looking for a great therapist, I would definitely tell you CALL GENE!!! If I could give more stars I would!"
"My (now) husband and I used Gene prior to becoming engaged and blending our families, knowing that as a divorcee and widower, each bringing two children to the relationship, the statistics were stacked against us, and there was so much at stake and so many lives to be impacted. Gene tested and counseled us using the Gottman Method, and provided forthright guidance and feedback on our personalities, histories, expectations, our respective weaknesses and strengths in our previous relationships, and anticipated struggles in a welcoming environment. Though we've officially "graduated" from Gene, we continue to reflect on and engage his recommendations and "love maps"; we've also sought him out for subsequent counsel as other substantial hurdles crept up along our journey. We strongly recommend Gene to any couple - whether they are in a struggling or rock solid relationship. His methods are engaging and deliver results."
"My wife and I consulted Gene Kayser after a suggestion from a friend. He didn't accept our insurance but came so highly recommended I was willing to jump through the insurance hoops. A year later I can't say that our marriage was successfully saved, but I don't feel that should reflect poorly on Gene Kayser. Not every patient can be saved. I can tell you I'm fortunate to have learned everything I have with respect to relationships from Gene Kayser and how to apply the Gottman techniques. I know the impact it'll have on future relationships also. We continue to use Gene to help us in our relationship as co-parents. I think it's also important to understand that seeing a marriage counselor should be no different than any other "wellness" appointment. We make sure our teeth are taken care of, we get an annual physical and we should take time for our relationships, not just when they're "sick"."
