"I called the office a couple days ago to make an appointment for my son. A female answered the phone, didn't identify herself, and asked what I wanted. I asked if this was Brighter Day. The female again asked what I wanted. I told her I was seeking treatment for my son and asked if this was Brighter Day. The female said that the call didn't come in on the office line and asked how she could help. I told her that she wasn't very professional and asked if this was how the office conducted business. The female simply hung up the phone on me. I called back and this time got a voicemail. I left a comment on the office website but never received a response. I would not recommend this office at all. In fact, I called the company that recommended the office and advised them what took place so that they could make adjustments to their recommendations. At least I know the professionalism of this practice before trying to get service. Have a good day."
