"My child was a patient there. He was in crisis and I called and she couldn't see him. I then received a call from them canceling his next scheduled appointment. I was offered an appointment 4 weeks later. I requested his file and was refused. Not professional, not ethical and clearly no regard for the patient."

"Absolutely embarrassing. I came to this group for help and was really excited that there were therapists that specialize in ADHD/anxiety. LIES if they actually specialized in these subjects then what happened wouldn't have. I was having regular meetings with my one therapist and then she decided to leave the practice so I had to go through this very awkward phase of talking to someone about intimate details of my life knowing they don't care and are leaving anyway- I missed one appointment and the therapist cancelled the last appointment with her, fine. (All done through telecommunication due to covid) I had the next appointment scheduled with the new therapist (did not realize it was a internet visit not over the phone) I have terrible wifi and could not log on. So as anyone with ADHD (especially unmedicated) knows rescheduling and keeping up with trying to schedule an appointment is hard enough as it is, let alone they only answer emails apparently. So my email got ignored for roughly a month, so I sent the email again, still no answer. Last night my nightmares came back so I sent one last desperate email and I got a response basically telling me, too bad we are full on clients and don't need/want you. .......so you were just firing me as a client because I missed one online appointment? So ignoring me was the best way to go about it? Clearly they don't understand ADHD or anxiety at all or the amount of internal stress this has caused with emotional disregulation and rejection dysphoria, but it's fine I highly doubt they would have been able to give me proper advice anyway. This company especially the owner should be embarrassed at the way this was handled."

"I was seeing a therapist here but had to change therapists when my insurance changed. I was assigned to Eileen. Someone I often saw while waiting for my Therapist to call me. I would always smile at her, but she never acknowledged me. I thought we were going well until I dared to question her billing practices .Which I believe we should all have the right to do. . She always makde me wait up to 45 minutes and then spent 1 half hour in session. Well, that got her very upset. When I went for what would be my last session, her secretary told me that I wasn't on the schedule that day. When she eventually came out she informed me that she can no longer treat me. She couldn't have the decency to call me so that I could save the quarters I had put in the meter to park my car. She is a poor excuse of a therapist. Don't bother. Save your money and your time."

"If I could give them no stars I would. Eileen didn't help me at all and actually did more damage. I am now seeing a much better therapist and I can see how unqualified she is. To say that she isn't empathetic is an understatement. I agree with another reviewer who says that she felt she was being judged and that the faces made were uncomfortable to say the least. She's constantly looking at her apple watch like she totally doesn't care what you have to say. EVERY appointment started late. Every single one and I'm not talking only 5 minutes late. I'm talking sometimes upwards of half an hour late. Her availability is horrible. When we finally found a time that sort of worked she was then unable to continue because of her own personal appointments. I missed one appointment because I was picked as a juror on a federal trial and I called them to cancel that day when they gave us a lunch break because I never expected be picked as a juror or be in court until after 5 and they told me I'd have to pay a $45 missed appointment fee. I understand a fee but that seems a little excessive. When I called back to cancel my remaining appointments because of soooo many reasons they demanded I pay the missed appointment fee over the phone right away. I told them to send me a bill and they insisted that they have NO WAY of sending a bill. I refused to pay right away and guess what... like a week later I got a paper bill. Shocking. Please save yourself the money and emotional damage and avoid this office at all costs."

"I highly recommend this facility!! My youngest has been going to Eileen for over 5 years. She is excellent at what she does. You get out of it what you put into it. Yes, the visits are frequent but required. People comment about having to pay for missed appts, this info is provided up front. Things happen and I too have had to pay. 90% of medical offices charge for missed appts. now."
