"Reached out about a month ago and sent two emails and left a voicemail to hopefully start getting some counseling here, but they must be out of business because the only response I ever got was two automated emails that stated she would be out of her office until a date that had already passed by over a week. It's pretty sad that when someone tries to get help for themselves they get ignored. Even if this review is seen and they reach out to remedy this situation, I highly doubt I could be convinced to come in to meet with someone who seemingly cares so little."
