"I am in the pet industry myself, and something I've found quite a bit is vets that don't actually listen to what you want to do with you animal because it goes "against the main stream". I've also had much less then positive experiences with other vets in the recent years so I was very hesitant to book an appointment for my 2yo male Aussie. However, from the time the nurse walked into the room until the time we left, I felt heard and taken seriously. Most importantly I didn't feel judged for any of the choices I've made for Jambis care over his short life span. I had an amazing experience with all the staff but especially the doctor. It truly felt like I had a team around my pup that INCLUDED me! I cant say enough good things about this clinic. From the front desk ladies who made sure to get Jambi seen asap after we lost his full brother at only 3yr to lymphoma; to the nurse who listened and talked through everything with me; to the doctor which again, I can not say enough good things about.
