"I am speaking on behalf for someone else's experiences with this place, as this is completely foul to even happen. I will not namedrop the client, as this is more so of me trying to keep their identity anonymous. With that said, let us begin. Ursula Tracy. A very good therapist- but ONLY good towards those who are deemed worthy apparently, also awful when it comes to keeping in contact with clients. Recently, Ursula ghosted a client of hers and did not even try to communicate with them, 'nor even tried to give them suggestions on how to get through things... Nothing. All that Ursula texted back to them was just a simple 'K'. Why would a therapist text that simple word, knowing that a simple 'K' would be seen as a negative connotation nowadays? Additionally, she was also very unprofessional. Would often mention her own biases when it came to medication that would help her clients, which a therapist should NOT do. Ursula by far, is one of the worst therapists I've ever heard of. If anyone is trying to find a therapist- do NOT look for Ursula Tracy. An awful person who will ghost clients and not update them on anything that's happening. Utterly despicable."

"I must be frank, I felt belittled and felt quite disrespected, especially for my core values being ridiculed. I'll try to say what happened without breaching confidentiality. Yes it is a medical condition, more specifically a birth defect, which I am willing to do anything to fix, so I can finally feel complete body and soul. I will say I was thankful for the soda, but I came there for one specific reason, to fix a big problem in life, lastly I suffered trauma because of my condition. Right now writing this, I am crying, I felt extremely offended, I even gave a look to stop. I expect an apology for the rude attitude and the pure arrogance and ignorance I faced. I have been suffering since I first remembered. Try to do more scientific research rather than the pseudo science of false ideologies, and try to understand that some of us still exist in the modern world. I ask you to understand and be more compassionate to those who suffer rather than using jargon like a bandage. I won't continue "therapy" until the attitude and understanding change. Lastly it's still a diagnosis and my doctor has it in her records. Thank you for taking time reading this and hopefully having empathy to understand where I am coming from with my defect."
