"I recently completed an Intensive Retreat with Mitzie and it was an incredible, life changing experience. I have worked with other therapists in the past, but I never seemed to be able to resolve the underlying trauma. The way that Mitzie practices EMDR is very unique and you can quite literally feel your mind unburdening as the week progresses. Mitzie listened to me and made me feel seen for the first time in a long time. I instantly felt connected to her and was comfortable from the moment I entered her office. There is ample parking, the building is cozy and quiet. Mitzie's space also has its own bathroom and her office is light and welcoming. I brought a heating pad with me and some comfort items to ensure I felt at ease during treatment. Thank you Mitzie, for all your help.
