"I would highly recommend this place, my therapist Sean McDonough was amazing and I an so thankful. I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a male therapist but today I can tell you I have no regrets. He truly helped me out during my storm. He's very professional, patient and very passionate about helping others. Thank you Sean McDnough you have made a significant difference in my life.. - Shane que"
"I needed to have my young daughter evaluated for several ongoing issues, some of which were urgent. I was told by several offices the wait was months long. Dr. Kuna's office was the only one who came through for me. Dr. Danielle Ross has been invaluable. She is professional, empathetic, and took the time to not only explain my daughters diagnosis, but also made herself available when I had any questions. I am truly grateful."
"This was the most unprofessional Dr’s office I have ever been to. Arrived 15 minutes early walked in to a completely empty office. I walk down the empty hall to the office door marked Dr Kuna. I open the door and he looks at me like I have 3 heads. I explain to him we are there for an appointment with Dr Ross. He tells me she is in another building but will text her to come down. We walk down the hall and take a seat and wait and wait and wait. Then another woman comes in and asks us why we are there??? I again repeat we are there for an appointment with Dr Ross she also tells me she will text her to come down to us. After waiting almost an hour and no one coming we left. Do not recommend"
"I would leave 0 stars if I could. I waited almost 2 months for my appointment here today with Danielle Ross. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early. Upon entering I was not greeted. I sat myself in the waiting room and waited 15 minutes until my appointment. At that time I still did not see any person at all in the building. 15 minutes after the time that my appointment was supposed to be I called the main office to ask where my doctor was. The receptionist said she would reach out to my doctor and see where she was. Meanwhile, John Kuna opened his door and I told him what was happening. He then texted my doctor who said to him that she would be back in the office on Friday. I waited almost 2 months to be stood up by someone who is supposed to be a professional. I'm there seeking counseling for a reason. I am now more upset than I was walking into the place. John Kuna's only advice was for me to call the office back and make another appointment. He did not help me with this problem at all. I will absolutely not be returning to this place. Completely unprofessional, disappointing and a waste of time."
"EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE…. I recently scheduled the first appointment with Dr. Kuna’s office for my child, which was coming up in two days from now. I just canceled this appointment after I was spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner. After completing the consent and intake form, I called the office with 2 basic questions and spoke to Cathy (or Kathy). 1.) I asked her if I will receive a link for the upcoming Telehealth appointment and she said “you’ll get the link at the time of the meeting! You’re not going to get it before the meeting! You’ll get the link sent to wherever you gave us the info. (in a very “Matter of Fact” tone, as though I should have known this information). 2.) I then asked her what application the therapist uses, to make sure I have this app. downloaded and available to easily connect. She then told me that “they’ll send you a link!” I told her that I just wanted to know to be sure I’m prepared and I asked if the app being used was Zoom or something different. She indicated that it may be Direct something (cannot recall exact name) and she didn’t know what app that therapist would use. She spoke to me as though I was an ongoing client and I should have know all of this information. Whether she was having a bad day or just has no patience to answer incoming calls/questions, I don’t know. What I do know is that how I was spoken to (the tone she used with me and the impatience), left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I couldn’t go any further with this upcoming appointment. I felt the need to share my experience so anyone reading Dr. Kuna’s reviews will think twice before calling their office."
