"Very disappointed- arrived 10 minutes early to my consultation. The Doors were locked and there were two other clients waiting outside, unable to get in. I called The number on the door, but it only led me to an out of state customer service representative. So I knocked on the door for a while until a rude nurse came out, who gave us dirty looks opened the door and left. Not one person apologized for not having the doors open while they knew clients would be arriving to their scheduled appointments. All the receptionist said, was, “I was eating lunch”. I asked the clients if this is how it usually is and they said things have taken a turn since new management took over. They told me there was a lot of turnover and the new staff rush through their appointments and are not thorough at all however, the rude woman that answered the door was the best that they had to offer. Scary! The consultation was informative, but felt more like a sales pitch. I was very direct about what areas I wanted to work on but the manager kept adding additional areas that I wasn’t interested in to my package. Repeatedly, she kept telling me that the full body was the best package although it didn’t make sense for me because I don’t need my full body and it would cost me more. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. At one point during the consultation, she took her shirt off to show me her armpit while sitting there in her bra. It was weird. I told her I would have to talk it over with my husband before I made a decision. Her response was that she hopes that my husband will help me pay for my laser hair removal. Lol. She then pressed me for a date asking if I was planning to have a decision before Christmas and that Milan is know to end their December sale early and they’ve done it before. I’m actually glad that I had this experience because it saved me thousands of dollars and years of aggravation."
