"We are so disappointed before we even started with Michelle. She isn’t organized or committed and it’s taken almost one month to coordinate. She told us she’s available Saturday mornings 8am. We thanked her and told her we looked forward to meeting the following Saturday. She then replied telling us she’s not available to start for three weeks which is understandable but should have been included in her original availability. I let her know with ten days notice that my husband now has to leave town for work so unfortunately we need to reschedule our first appointment on October 29. She replied that she’s available the following Saturday, November 12. That would be two weeks out so I replied to ask if she meant November 5 or if she meant two weeks out on November 12. She then replied “So you’re both set for October 29?” She also stated in this email that she is only available to work with us every other week, twice a month, which also should have been included in her initial email with availability. Michelle is very disorganized and a poor communicator. Communication is an important roll for a therapist. It is too bad we spent a month waiting to start but better we know now before moving forward. I typically only leave good reviews, and have only written one negative review before. This is important information for anyone considering Michelle should know."
