"We went to this counselor because we were told that they could continue my sons medication after being treated in a clinic. They were far from home, but I wanted to keep everything under "one roof", and they had an opening (now I know why). It is small and dirty. We drove past it several times, and finding the correct entrance was a bit confusing. After treating my son for over two months, we find out that they don't have an in house psychiatrist, and cannot refill his script. Extremely disappointed in their professionalism. I called to request the refill, and had to call back several more times over nearly a week before getting a return call. I was told that they didn't know my son was supposed to see a psychiatrist, nor did they know that he was on any medication. They received the same paperwork from the clinic as I did...where it states that my son was supposed to see one within a month of being released from the clinic, as well as his medication and dosage. I won't be wasting my time here again. I recommend you don't either."
