"Two workers stood at the register desk just staring at me while I shopped never once greeting or asking, if I needed help. I will shop somewhere else."

"I went here tonight and my 8 yr old grand daughter found a pair of shoes for her cheering banquet. She loved these shoes and we were so happy to finally find a pair of dress shoes that she actually liked and would have looked nice with her dress. Go to pay for them and I was paying with cash and the sales clerk is going to tell me " we're not taking cash at this time." What.....why???? They were getting ready to close in 15 minutes. I have never heard of a business that doesn't take cash cause they were closing for the night. Well needless to say I had a crying 8 yr old all the way home. Not a great way to run a business. I have spent a lot of money in this store but after this I won't be back."

"I love this store. We go here for all our dress shoes needs. They have a pretty good selection and the prices aren't outrageous. Staff isn't always the most helpful but the people coming in and out definitely are!"

"I went to the shoe Depot to return a pair of shoes that I purchased for my 14 month grandaughter. When I bought them they were on her feet with the new socks that I also purchased there. She walked from the Shoe Dept. To the food court in the Robinson mall. She kept tripping in them so I wanted to return them as I must have sized them incorrectly. I talked to the gentleman working there. It was around 76:30p.m. He was not very nice at all. I was told he is just there part time and could do nothing for me. I went back as he said the manager had no break all day and wpwou be back later. When arriving to the store front I did not see the manager but that gentleman stood there with his arms crossed and stared at me. I was too creeped out to go back! Going back in there with him there is not worth the loss of $19.99. I have shopped here in the past many times but I will not return."
