"Richard missed a virtual appointment with me on 12/02. It happens, I get it. But I received a bill from my insurance provider. I called Richard and he informed me that he contracted pneumonia (why he missed the appointment) - he also said that he'd take care of the erroneously filed claim for payment to my insurance provider. I also contested the claim through insurance. As of this posting, Richard hasn't corrected the issue. Please see the attached photographs that show me in the virtual meeting, at various times, and waiting on Richard. This is the meeting for which he filed a claim with my insurance. Fix this, Richard."
