"Avoid this store. As a verizon sales rep myself I was embarrassed for the company when I saw a useless $120 feature added to a business acct of an extended family member. They work with me, but we're in need of a phone immediately when at their house in the Poconos and unfortunately ventured into this unethical store for one."

"I had a great experience at this store switching to Verizon network and purchasing a new phone. I was helped by Christian who was extremely attentive, helpful, and informative. I also had the pleasure of working briefly with several other employees, and everyone was very friendly, approachable, and helpful."

"We needed to transfer a phone line from one family plan to a different account. This normally simple process was complicated due to the number being transferred being the main line on the original family plan. I originally called Verizon customer service and the gentleman told me that if I went to one of the Verizon stores, they would be able to quickly complete the line transfer and deactivate/reactivate the original family plan with a new primary number. I went to this store for assistance. Immediately when I walked through the door I was told to call an automated number to assist me. This obviously was not going to work since I was on the phone whose number I wanted to transfer and I was going to be transferring to an existing Verizon account that contained the 5g home internet. The representative did not know how to help us at all. We left frustrated and went home. Then called customer service again and they took care of the transfer and line deactivation/reactivation in no time. Should not have wasted my time driving to this store for in person help."

"This store deserves zero stars. The people who are running the store are just money hungry to the point they will deny you services if you do not want any of the services they offer when you upgrade your phone. I went to upgrade my phone and was immediately told no you should wait till the new phone comes out. I decline and said I wanted to proceed with my upgrade anyways and went on how I should wait instead. Again, I had to tell him I wanted my upgrade. Then went on about all these services I did not want and after I decline 5 of them he came out to tell the promotion of my trade in are not the same for the store even though online it says I have that option and it does not say online only. He basically decline my services because I did not want to add any of his BS services so he could make his sales smh. Never again will I return here."
