"JENNIFER, shipping DEPT, you are a ROCKSTAR! THE UPS shipping hub agent located around the corner referred me to Staples due to a computer printing issue, so, walked in and asked for help. Jennifer was efficient, helpful and quickly processed a label for UPS shipment. The store was clean, organized with decent, competitive prices on school supplies sale. Then to complete my exuberance, the UPS delivery driver arrived and pick up ALL the outgoing packages. Thanks, MIKE, great timing!"
