"This is the absolute WORST ABA company to work with. The 5 star reviews below are from staff, not from clients. We’ve been a client of theirs for months now and it’s gotten to the point where they won’t even return a phone call…and we are still under contract with them! We’ve had multiple ethics violations and what we are finding out, are legal violations. Their staff turnover is extremely high as well, due to the way they treat them. It’s unfortunate because we have really liked our RBTs and two BCBA’s, but their management is incredibly unprofessional, underperforming, and ill equipped. Their communication is by far the worst I have ever seen with a business, especially one that is supposed to care for children. "Rachael have had such a great impact with helping my child in such a short period of time. I’d highly recommend stepone to anyone considering their services. They take their time getting to know their clients, the family’s needs, expectations and then developing a plan to facilitate safety and independence for the client. I had a lot of reservations about the therapy to be honest but the culture they’re promoting, they’re doing things differently from other facilities and it shows."

The employees at StepOne go through extensive training in order to be able to provide the best person-centered, ABA, evidence-based care to each and every child.
