"My husband used to work for this company but resigned over 12 months ago. Despite many requests to have them remove my husband's professional profile from their website, his profile remains. I feel like this is misrepresentation. Why not just remove the profile??!!!"

"Very friendly people. BUT.... When it comes to gets your results back you get the run around as to why they don't have them. 5 different times I've called and stopped all 5 times was told an email would be sent that day or following. Yet here we are 1 month later still waiting."

"My wife and I had to do a psychological exam to be certified to be foster parents. A month and a half after taking our 300 question tests, we were told that there was a problem with our tests and we needed to take them again. This was the only thing holding up our certifications. We then had to take time out of our schedule again to take them. When I asked to see the first test upon arrival to take my second test they said that wasn't allowed even though it was my test. Seems an awful lot like they lost our tests and won't admit it. Now this is 3 weeks after our second test and we still don't have our test results sent to CYS to approve our certification. Phone calls aren't answered and messages aren't returned. 10 weeks for 2 scantron tests? It's either neglect or incompetence."

"Very poorly run psychological service. Waited three weeks for testing for my step-daughter and was told results would be mailed within 5-7 days. It’s been three weeks and I am sitting in the waiting room trying to get somebody’s attention to get results. Nobody answered waiting room buzzer so I started calling telephone number. I let it ring until their answering machine picked up telling me the phone was answered between 9am and 2pm (it was 10am). I hung up when answering machine came on because when I waited till answering machine tool my call I got a msg that the mailbox was full. I called 15 times before I heard Dr. Craig say “I better see why this machine isn’t taking the calls”. While he was in visual sight I finally got his attention. He said “just a moment, I’ll get the report......well of course he couldn’t find it and wanted my email address to send it to me this afternoon......which likely means the report wasn’t prepared yet. Unbelievable.......absolutely unbelievable. I was told this was a “crappy” service by mental health providers in another county and wow......this is about the worst run service I’ve come across. I am a mental health therapist with a Masters degree and will soon be licensed. I know what of I speak. Since I first wrote this review I received a well written and helpful letter from Dr. Craig. I was told my step-daughters case completion had gotten caught in the “vortex” of many unexpected office changes. I appreciate the personal touch and wanted to reflect this. Thank you."

"Horrible office staff that can never get a patients billing correct. They will constantly send you a bill for money you do not owe and when you call to question it, all they can say is 'sorry, I am new here'. Really?!? One employee entered in there system that I only gave them a $2.00 check for an office visit instead of my $20.00 co pay. I would highly advise everyone to go for care elsewhere because this place will try to scam you out of money any way they can. For as long as it's been going on, I am surprised a lawsuit hasn't been filed against them yet, but won't be surprised if there is one in there future."
